Hillel Foundation Seeks Executive Director

Hillel Academy Foundation invites applicants for the post of
Executive Director

Candidates Should Possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, Marketing or a business related field

  • Leadership abilities to inspire Board members, staff, donors and volunteers

  • Ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels, both orally and in writing

  • Demonstrated skills in fund raising, marketing and communications

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

The Executive Director will report to the Chairman of the Hillel Academy Foundation, with a strong secondary reporting relationship to the Director of the School. The Executive Director of the Foundation has lead responsibility for realizing the mission and strategic plan of the Foundation. This plan includes fund raising for the three main designated focus areas of the Foundation - The Scholarship Endowment Fund, The Faculty Development Endowment Fund and The Capital Development Fund. He or she will also have primary responsibility for alumni relations and all related administrative duties and public relations activities.

It is anticipated that this is a part time position, the details of how the Executive Director would apportion his/her time however, would be flexible and would depend on the activities and needs agreed upon by the Foundation and the School during a particular period of time.
