Hillel High welcomed everyone back to school with an assembly on Jan 4th. The theme was renewal, and Principal Bennett used Ecclesiastes to underscore his message to students. There was also information about earthquake awareness on the first anniversary of the Haiti disaster. Also revealed, was the new mural on the south side of the High School Library, designed and done by Helene Neuman and Milan Cater, grade 11 art students. The School motto "Learning for Living" was highlighted. Congratulations, Helene and Milan!
